Michelle de Lopez: Sonsonate, El Salvador; I’m 51 years old, a wife, a proud mother of four, and a Nonna to five beautiful grandchildren and lucky enough to have my besties support me through this crazy life. My journey thus far has been filled with its share of highs and lows, and I want to take a moment to share a bit about myself. I’ve battled with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD and I beat cancer. It’s been a long and often winding road, but I’ve come to understand that these experiences shape who I am and motivate me to seek joy and balance. I’ve learned that healing isn’t just a destination; it’s an ongoing journey, and I am committed to nurturing my well-being every day.
